Welcome to Big Dave Photography
Big Dave Photography (http://www.bigdavep.co.uk) was created by myself (David Portass) as an outlet for my hobby of photography which has started to become a business.
To date I have done photographic work for Corby S&L Ladies Football Club to shoot a number of their 2009/2010 season matches, Cadred.org and Heaven Media for event photography at Multiplay's i-Series computer gaming events which is the largest bring your own pc LAN event in the UK (1,500+ gamers) and most recently and most proudly, Derby County Football Club hired me to photograph their newly hosted 6-a-side tournament known as the Moor Farm Shield held at their world class training facility in Oakwood, Derby.
I have experience in event photography, gaming photography, football photography, glamour photography and portrait photograhy and I am continually trying new things to expand my portfolio into new area's as well as improving on what I am already comfortable covering.

| Y Not Festival 2011 |

 The Y Not Festival this year was immense with so many great performers such as Beardyman, Max Raptor, The Rash, New Young Pony Club, The Rifles, Naymedici, Feeder, Maximo Park and many many more as well as plenty of activities for festival goers to do between acts.
My main selection of photos will be going on to the Y Not Festival site first along with the other photographers today or tomorrow at Y Not Festival Photo Gallery.
I will be uploading all my photos to this site for people to view and purchase prints/un-watermarked personal digital copies for this weekend.

Hi all,
I will be away from Wednesday 20th April until Tuesday 26th April (PM) leading a team of photographers at the UK's largest gaming event at Newbury Racecourse.
Multiplay's Insomnia 42
Due to this there will be a delay in print orders getting processed (Digital file orders shouldn't be affected).
I appologise for any inconvenience and will process prints as soon as I am able to upon my return.
